This time of year so many temptations, dark mornings, dark evenings cold weather and too many jobs to do... All in preparation for Xmas and what gets put on the back burner is diet and training. Many people just say f&@t it I'll start again in January but why??
You can still enjoy the festive period without "letting go of yourself" if I can do it then so can you! Why not have structure in place and still enjoy the occasional treats? So this is how I do it... I have all my meals prepared with me for the day, I stick to my meal plan and then also plan the week of any occasions that may affect my routine and have these in my week plan so I know exactly what's what. This will mean you can allow those extra treats without letting it consume you and escalating out of control therefore you don't beat yourself up with the guilt and you can enjoy a pleasant happy Christmas.
